Kill Team – Shadowvaults
The big release this weekend is Kill Team – Shadowvaults. At the time of this writing (early afternoon Friday), we received a small second shipment and adjusted inventory. Click on the picture to see current stock levels.
Shadowvaults features our second foray into the Gallowdark. Here, elite Cadian Kasrkin troops contest with enigmatic Cryptek and their Hiertek Circle operatives. You’ll get a total of 10 Kasrkin, 8 Necrons of various types, and enough terrain to fill the killzone.
Combine Shadowvaults with Into the Dark to create a full Warhammer 40,000 battlefield of labyrinthine corridors and cul-de-sacs for Arks of Omen.
Citadel Tools
The second set of releases for Oct 22 are new Citadel tools! Their redesign focuses on safety and ergometrics. The resulting product allows you to enjoy your hobby for longer with less risk of error. Blood for the Blood God only applies to the gaming table!
The Citadel Drill reshaped the handle and moved the barrel head into the handle. No more accidently unscrewing your bit mid-drill!
A new Mouldline Remover design features a longer, thinner blade. The change increased visability and access to hard to reach crevices. Additionally, the notch in the blade trivializes the work of cleaning up base edges!
Citadel’s Super Fine Detail Cutters likewise incorporate ultra-thin blades with a flat back. You’ll cut into tinier spaces with more control. Moreover, the blades are bump-stopped to preserve sharpness and extend the life of your tool.
Finally, your new Citadel Knife debuts! More than any other tool in this lineup, the knife features functional safety innovations. Fixed, single slot blade barrel prevents misalignment. A back-weighted handle lessens the chance of a dropped knife landing point down on your foot! The blade changing thread has been recessed to prevent accidental loosening.
