Games Workshop continues their schedule with a mass of Age of Sigmar releases on September 18th. We’ve been waiting on these since Dominion released. Get ready for the Era of the Beast.
Battletomes and Warscrolls
The factions from Dominion get first release in the new edition. Choose a side. Join with Sigmar and his Stormcast Eternals or marshall the forces of Destruction with the Orruk Warclans. Both books feature new and revised Warscrolls, an expanded Path to Glory, and much more!
Accompanying your new Battletomes are packs of Warscroll cards. The card packs include reference cards for each of the Warscrolls in your book plus an assortment of tokens to keep track of spells, abilities, and battle tactics.
These packs tend to run out soon after books release, so it is better to grab them early.
Stormcast Eternals Models
Field a new Hero with the Knight-Judicator. A dedicated range specialist, he he wields the tremendous terminus greatbow. As he takes to the field, he may summon 2 Gryph-Hounds, excellent for screening and warding off units entering the battlefield. Finally, once a game he may attract Sigmars’s gaze to deal mortal rounds in a 6″ radius.
Next, the Stormstrike Chariot charges onto the battlefield. Pulled by two Gryph-chargers, Stormstrikes may deal Mortal Wounds on a charge as well as a astounding number of Razor Beaks and Claws, Stromstrike Axe, and Tempestuous Spear attacks when configured for melee. If harassment is their game, take the Great Stormbow shown below and run rings around slow moving infantry.
Orruk Warclans Kits
What’s worse than a Troggoth, a Troggoth with rider. Enter the Breaka-Boss on Mirebrute Troggoth. This pair combines the brute force of the troggoth with Kruleboyz culling. In addition to their already nasty stat-line, the Boss may goad his mount and gain additional strikes with the Iron-bound Clubs (Rend -2 and Damage 3). While the goads deal mortal wounds, as a Troggoth, they regenerate during your Hero Phase.
Take aim with the Beast-Skewer Killbow. Set them back from the battleline to take advantage of their Aimed Shot stat line sporting a 24″ range and 2+ to hit. The Killbow impales large targets and shoots right through an infantry rank. The Damage starts at 2 and has a chance of increasing the larger the Wounds characteristic! Get hunting.
Age of Sigmar Dice Sets
Designed for the newly released factions or to represent your Grand Alliance, these new dice sets. Each pack includes 20 dice in the colors of your faction and with a symbol in place of the 6.
