Scheduled for release this Friday (June 2nd) Star Wars Shatterpoint brings intense skirmish games back to the Star Wars universe. Due to limited distribution at launch CMO Games offers only the Shatterpoint Core Set for preorder. However, expect the entire line as the supply situation stabilizes.
As for the Star Wars Shatterpoint Core Set, this beefy box contains all the cards, dice, widgets, and other things you need to start playing. However, unlike many starter sets we see these days, Shatterpoint provides new players with a generous helping of plastic 3D terrain. You’ll be jet packing, force jumping, and flipping over gaps in no time! Choose from Anakin Skywalker, Ahsoka Tano, Lord Maul, or Asajj Ventress. Each leads a pre-defined squad of three other figures. Thus you have multiple different match-ups before you buy your first expansion.
