Get the most of your miniature collection with the addition of legacy units in your Horus Heresy force. Warhammer Community’s recent post provided links to Legacies of the Age of Darkness with one list for Mechanicum and another for Legiones Astartes. Additionally, four new FAQs fore the current Horus Heresy answer pressing questions and clarifications for the sacred (or profane) Libers.
Legacies of the Age of Darkness – Mechanicum delivers rules for eight legacy units. These units are part of the expanded army list which may lack official miniatures. Their modelling is left to the intrepid hobbyist.
Meanwhile, Legacies of the Age of Darkness – Legion Astartes v1.1 brings a vast wealth of expanded choices to the Legions. This 105-page pdf includes rules for 2 Knights-Errant, 31 entries for any Legion, 39 Legion specific units, a selection of 8 Fortifications, and expanded rules for 5 unit types. Models for many of these units are part of the standard Warhammer 40,000 line while others may be found on Forge World.
Updated Horus Heresy Errata and FAQs cover Liber Astartes, Hereticus, Mechanicum and the Age of Darkness Rulebook. Fortunately, these entries are short with one page each of errata and a second page of FAQs. You’ll be able to easily print them out to place inside your tomes.
