Preorders for Kill Team: Octarius landed August 14th. However, this is only the beginning of the new edition. The Kill Team roadmap shows projected quarterly releases wrapping a whole year of Kill Team!
While Octarius marks the first war zone, the galaxy remains a huge place. Each quarter we’ll visit a new War Zone with a a complete new setting models, and killzone.
Games workshop is understandably vague on the details, but according to the graphic we’re looking forward to at least 3 more warzones.
Given the pictures Warhammer Community placed in their Kill team roadmap article, we have a few guesses.
Of course, Games Workshop could just be putting in some filler. On the other hand, they have hidden spoilers in plain sight before. Finally, the my Rending Claw itches to get to work.
So, we’ll take a general outlook until Games workshop decides to fork over more details. I think we might be able to safely speculate that we’ll see one Imperial vs something in each war zone. I’d also put some money down on Space Marines next quarter. The most popular faction can’t afford to sit out the Christmas season.
