Games Workshop Reservations:

In an effort to make the Games Workshop Preorder process a little less stressful, we are implementing a GW reservation process.

It is optional. you don't have to use it to place orders. You can still just come to the site and order through the cart when the items go live. 

HOW IT WORKS: 

1) You must join our email list and select the segment " GW reservations". You may select other segments of interest but you must select the GW reservation segment to get the announcements.

2) Sometime on Sunday afternoon, we will send the announcement for the week's reservations and a link to the form to send us your product requests. 

3) Fill out the form before noon Eastern time on Tuesday. 

4) Thursday or Friday you will recieve a confirmation email letting you know what we can and cannot fill for you order. 

5) We will schedule an invoice Saturday. This is the earliest day we can invoice for these items. We expect the invoices to arrive around 10:00am Eastern.

6) Please pay the invoice by 8:00am Eastern Monday. If you decide you do not want the items, just ignore the invoice. Invoices not paid by 8:00am will be canceled.

7)You items will ship when the become available and should arrive on the release date or possibly a day or 2 later.

CMOgames.com solicits preorders based on information provided to us by the various publishers.


Details, such as MSRP and release date are subject to change at the publisher's discretion. Should a drastic change happen, you will be contacted with options. 

CMOgames.com will hold orders until they are complete. If your order contains a combination of in stock and preorder products, your order will be held until all the preorder products are available.

Similarly, if your order contains multiple preorders with different release dates, your order will be held until all items are available. If you want items to ship as they become available, you should place separate orders.

Cancellation Policy- Should you decide to cancel your preorder we will process a refund for the amount of the order less the fees charged by square/paypal to process the initial payment as they do not refund these fees. 

Price Protection- During the preorder period, if the price should change you are protected. If the price of an item goes up, you original order price will be honored. If the price goes down, we will process a refund for the difference so you get the new lower price. 

Games Workshop Preorders are taken at the earliest time allowed. 12:01am EST on the preorder date. Our Cart has a timer on these items and they go live right at 12:01am. Some items sell out very quickly.
