Billing and Shipping

Forms of Payment- accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal.

Fraud Checking: our site utilizes an advanced fraud checking policy. Orders that are flagged as potenial fraud will not be processed. In most cases we do not why the order flagged as fraud and our customer service reps cannot overide these orders. 

Declined Credit Cards: our site offers multiple methods of payment. Sometimes a credit card will be declined by your financial institution. In Many case a reason is not given. If your payment is declined please try a different payment method to complete your order. 

Returns/Refunds- You may return any sealed product in original resalable condition within 7 days for a full refund less any shipping charges paid. You must also pay the shipping cost to return the item to us. This policy applies to "free Shipping" orders as well. While we did add a shipping charge to these orders, there was a cost to actully ship the order. You must email us with reason for return for authorization prior to sending anything back. After 7 days returned items will incur a 25% restocking fee. After 30 days, no returns are accepted.

Shipping Information

USA- We ship to the USA only. This includes Alaska and Hawaii 

Free Shipping in the US48 on orders over $50 via a carrier of our choice. If you require a specific carrier you should select and pay for that specific service at check out.
We are not able to ship Games Workshop products outside of the USA

Same Day Shipping- Our cut off for orders to receive same day shipping is 12:00pm (noon) eastern time. Orders placed after that time may still go out the same day if possible, but may be delayed until the following day.

Out of stock/Back orders- While we strive to not be out of stock on any item we list, it is possible that you will order a product we are actually out of. If this happens our policy is to hold the order until it is complete. This delay should never be more than a day or 2, as we receive multiple shipments, several times a week. If for some reason, we cannot complete your order in a day or two, we will contact you with options.

Mis-packs/mistakes/wrong items- We take great care to ensure all orders are complete and correct, however we are gamers, and may make some mistakes. Have confidence that should an error be made we will correct it ASAP and at our expense. All errors must be be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Lost/Damaged packages-We insure each and every order for the full amount of the products inside. Should UPS or the USPS lose or damage the contents of your package we are covered. There may be some hoops to jump through, but we can generally ship replacements right away while we wait for the claim. (ie we don't make you wait 6 weeks for UPS to process the claim).
